Best Ford service department in the Denver metro area. Once again Chase took great care of my F150. The level of customer service was beyond. The communication clear and concise. I went in to get my car serviced and had a few inquiries about window tinting and when I walked in I was greeted very nicely by Anne and told her what I needed and she was very helpful in directing me on wh about window tinting and when I walked in I was greeted very nicely by Anne and told her what I needed and she was very helpful in directing me on which correct department to go too. As well when I was asking about window tinting, she had very quick response and set me up with a vendor to do so which was very helpful and overall, have been very satisfied with my experience and appreciated the fact that I didn't need to talk to several other employees to get my request taken care of. While waiting on an oil change I was wondering through the showroom. I was avoiding all sales people because they are just the worst. Anne was friendly and not a sales person. The service at Groove Ford is worthy of no stars. They take a car and promise in THREE DAYS they will diagnose call and call you. No call EVER and at three days they have not even touched the car let alo take a car and promise in THREE DAYS they will diagnose call and call you. No apology , "its not our fault we have too much to do", Avoid thee hassle - DO NOT get service here. Believe me yow wont get any service. More
Dropped off my Ford Ranger for warranty repairs a week ago and they still have not even ordered parts! It's just been sitting there while I scramble to figure out other means of transportation. STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! This service center had my car for 18 days. They were caught red handed straight up lying about doing the diagnostic work and having a qualified individu service center had my car for 18 days. They were caught red handed straight up lying about doing the diagnostic work and having a qualified individual troubleshoot the car. They ignored specific tech data and procedures that were released by Ford engineers. They came up with a fake diagnosis to get me to pay them more than $8000. This service center needs to be stopped immediately. A complete overhaul of this shop's personal is urgently needed. They're complete disregard of integrity is pathetic. More

I would give the service department at Groove Ford a zero if that was an option. We have brought our F150 Platinum in repeatedly for a stalling issue that they keep saying they cant diagnose. This last time if that was an option. We have brought our F150 Platinum in repeatedly for a stalling issue that they keep saying they cant diagnose. This last time they kept the truck for over 2 weeks because they claim "we are dedicated to our customers and will find the issue". We drove past a week and a half in, it hadnt moved. They FINALLY called to let us know they were sure it was a bad fuel pump and we asked how sure. They said the tech had over 20 years experience and was confident this would fix the issue, but if it doesnt they stand by their service, value their customers, and will make it right. 48 hours after picking up the truck it stalled randomly again at a red light. We have tried contacting the service department, tech who swore they would make right one it, and even the head of service with ZERO response. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS STAY CLEAR. There are so many better places with TRUE customer service out there, dont waste your time or money here. We are also looking to purchase a need additional car and will NEVER consider any Groove dealerships to do business with ever agaim and plan to warn all family and friends against conducting business here. More
