I did not feel my issue was resolved. I was told my infotainment glitching would be covered through a special service program from Mazda Customer Service. When my car was checked out I was told my infotainment glitching would be covered through a special service program from Mazda Customer Service. When my car was checked out they said what they tried didn't work so it would cost $483.69 to fix it. They also found several other items to be repaired with a total cost of $2874.10. I felt taken advantage of that they couldn't fix the problem I went in for, which I was told would be covered, but found many other items at a very high cost. I have a personal additional warranty on my car and tried calling & emailing Parker to see if he could speak with the warranty company to see if the fix could be covered by the warranty. I never received a return call or email. More

Team at Auto Nation is always pro-active. Was concerned when Auto Nation purchased the dealership but nothing has changed just some new faces. They listen to any issues and address them. Post Sales follow up is less than desirable. They care about the close but nothing after. I emailed with a question about extend warranty, did not hear back. They failed to educate you on how to pay for money down, what i needed to get my title on my trade in and then called the last day of the month implying this deal might not be honored since they did not have the title. Even though I proactively reach out a week prior. Disappointing. does not matter who you buy from, it is the same car and when all you truly have to offer is service. AutoNation failed. More
