I purchased the maintenance package when I leased my CX-30. Mazda always takes excellent care of my vehicle and provides top notch customer service. I did not feel my issue was resolved. I was told my infotainment glitching would be covered through a special service program from Mazda Customer Service. When my car was checked out I was told my infotainment glitching would be covered through a special service program from Mazda Customer Service. When my car was checked out they said what they tried didn't work so it would cost $483.69 to fix it. They also found several other items to be repaired with a total cost of $2874.10. I felt taken advantage of that they couldn't fix the problem I went in for, which I was told would be covered, but found many other items at a very high cost. I have a personal additional warranty on my car and tried calling & emailing Parker to see if he could speak with the warranty company to see if the fix could be covered by the warranty. I never received a return call or email. More
