Had a 12/10 incredible experience shopping at McDonald Mazda! From our sales consultants -- Steven Valencia and Chris Hannaman to the managers Stephen Lewis (my new bestie) and Jason Sharp -- they made sure we had an incredible time shopping and never felt rushed, pressured, etc. They were upfront about pricing and took the time to explore every avenue to make sure we were set up for success with our CX-70. Customers for life!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Dan Caffry genuinely deserves recognition. I went into this process prioritizing reliability, honesty, and understanding what I was actually buying, including the service contract. After speaking with three other salespeople elsewhere—one disengaged, one who never followed up, and one with limited knowledge—Dan stood out immediately. Dan is down-to-earth, transparent, and clearly passionate about cars. I initially came in looking for a different vehicle, and he helped me find an objectively better, more reliable vehicle that was still within what I could comfortably afford, taking the time to explain why it was the smarter long-term choice rather than pushing a quick sale. What mattered most was that he educated me. He walked me through reports, CARFAX and details I wouldn’t have understood on my own, explained long-term ownership implications, and followed up when I assumed my first visit was my last. The entire process felt relaxed and human, not a situation where I felt preyed upon by a "Salesman". For the first time, I felt a salesperson cared more about the outcome than the commission. If you care about reliability, transparency, and actually understanding what you’re buying, ask for Dan Caffry.

I recently purchased a vehicle through this Autonation. Rebekah and Sam were both wonderful to work with. If we had just worked with them my rating would be much more generous, however our direct experience with Jeremy is why I’m not only giving you two stars but also taking time out of my day to write this review. I won’t get into the specifics of the lying, bullying and fear mongering we received from him but I will put it in brief. We went to pick up our car after filling out paperwork on Saturday. The impression we received from everyone (excluding Rebekah and Sam) after we told them we would not be financing through their credit union and instead with our own credit union whom we have a good relationship with, was that they no longer wanted our business. We were tolerated, barely. Even after we purchased an over $20,000 vehicle, we were waited out for almost an hour, not greeted by anyone or even acknowledged. Then practically shoved out the door as quickly as possible, so much so that Jeremy almost forgot to charge the rest of our down payment and did not ask for proof of insurance. We received abhorrent customer service because we refused to be bullied into a financial situation that would be potentially ruinous for us. You don’t know peoples personal finances. The audacity to to treat us with so much disregard just because we held our boundary and refused to be baited into instant gratification is ridiculous. I have never been treated with so much disrespect from an institution I am planning to conduct business with. I’m very pleased with my car but based on this experience I will never be purchasing a car from this dealership again. If you plan on financing through your own means, be prepared to be treated with less dignity than those who choose to finance directly through Autonation. I’d recommend going to literally any other dealership, there are plenty to choose from right here on Arapahoe but I’d stay FAR away from this one.
