My sixteen year-old daughter and I were in the market for a used vehicle as her first car. After strolling the lot for a few minutes, we were approached by Eugene, who showed us a few of the later-model Mazd a used vehicle as her first car. At this time we were more interested in narrowing down our search of several makes and models on our list and we were not interested in a test drive. He totally understood and did not try to put any pressure on us. He actually spent more time praising the dealership and the company he worked for, which definitely made an impression on us as a place to do business with. Before leaving, he pointed out a great deal on a new Mazda 3 at a price that was close to a similarly equipped used model that was now 2 years old. After narrowing our search and visiting a number of other dealers, we came back and agreed that it was the best deal out there that met our requirements. The closing process went very smoothly and all of the staff was great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our purchasing experience and my daughter is thrilled with having a new car. More

I brought my vehicle in because of a check engine light and a noise associated with it. Spencer was very prompt in diagnosing the problem and informing me that it would be covered under my powertrain warra and a noise associated with it. For people who think they have to go to a non-dealer mechanic because they think it is cheaper, think again (and I used to be one of those people). I also appreciated that they know Mazdas as well as they do, because that is reflected in the price as well. They can get things done cheaper and faster in many cases, as I found out.
