We did go to several other dealers and we felt a little bit pressured to purchase a car without giving us the time that we needed to make the best decision for us and our family. Josh was very knowledgeable of the Mazda products and was able to answer any question that we asked of him. I give a great rating to Josh because we felt very comfortable with him and he was doing all that he could to help us stay in our budget and took the time with us to make this purchase fun, exciting and the best decision for us. I just traded in my 2009 Mazda6 Grand Touring (loved that car, but needed AWD for my new long 70 mile commute job) for a 2012 CX-9 Grand Touring at Groove Mazda and I had a great buying experience. Tracy deMeza was the salesperson who helped me out, she was very knowledgeable and really helped me find the right new vehicle for my needs. Tracy was a perfect salesperson who didn’t pressure me into anything and in the end got me the deal I wanted. She couldn’t have gotten me that deal without the help of the sales manager John Collins. He went above and beyond to track down the specific CX-9 I wanted and then put together a home run deal. Groove Mazda made buying a new car so effortless on my part it almost wasn’t like buying a car at all, sure there was a little negotiating, but in the end I got the deal I wanted and now I have the exact CX-9 I wanted sitting in my garage. I would recommend anyone looking to get a new Mazda to give Groove Mazda a try, tell them Rob Williams’s review brought you in. More

I had been shopping around for a car, new or slightly used at a bunch of different dealerships and was not sure what I was going to get. The other dealerships and salemen were pushy and pressured me to used at a bunch of different dealerships and was not sure what I was going to get. The other dealerships and salemen were pushy and pressured me to test drive a bunch of cars even after I said I did not want to at that time. The salemen also kept trying to upsell me to a more expensive car with a bunch of features I was not interested in having on a car. At Groove Mazda Marty did not pressure me to buy a specific car, he was willing to talk about the Mazda 2, 3, or 6 or the other cars and the features on the cars and was not dismissive about the car I liked. He did not pressure me to test drive the car. He was very knowledge about all the cars and provide genuine help in making a selection. I appreciated his helpfulness and sincerity. I dreaded buying a car because of the negoations and the waste of time the saleman and office manager usually put a person through. It was different at Groove Mazda I felt like they we giving me the best deal they could and we were all working for the same goal. I am not a tough negoatiator and did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I am very happy with my car and the entire sales experience. More
