Found a car we were interested in at Autonation Mazda (must be new name of Groove Mazda). The salesperson told us specifically that the price ($26,999) included Mazda's theft and appearance coverage. After deciding to purchase it, the numbers came back wrong. Car was listed as $26,200 but then they added the theft ($749) and appearance ($749) coverages separately. When we pointed this out, the sales person said that "the internet" pricing was wrong. We pointed out that the vehicle sticker had a QR code that took us to the dealership internet. The sales person got very demanding at that point and we would have left but it was late, we had been at it all day, and we liked the vehicle. We settled on dropping the theft and keeping the appearance coverage, though I was not really happy about it. The finance agent tried to sell us a lot of expensive add on coverages we did not want, but eventually got to a reasonable package that we accepted. After taking possession and driving home, we realized that the cargo blocks and net that we in the description we not in the car. I emailed the sales person this in response to her follow up asking how we liked the vehicle. No reply after a few days, so now I am writing this review. We had visited several dealerships that day and all of them had variations on the same bait-and-switch tactics. One place had "no dealer fees" but tried to force us to buy a protection package instead (we walked out). another pushed the extra coverage packages and would not take no for an answer. In both cases, I asked I guess they all figure they will only ever sell one vehicle to any one person so they try to squeeze as much out of them as they can. More
The vehicle smelled awful of cigarettes after a couple days when the cleaner or air freshener they used wore off. I called Sam the salesman who sold me the vehicle to see if he can address is. I had a great experience at this dealership a couple ofdays ago, and worked with SAM withney to make my dream car happen. She continued talking and called me sir three more times. Again I said. I am not a man and she said “whatever”. I then asked for a manager and she hung up on me. I have called to talk to someone at the dealership that would at least tell me that what she did was not acceptable but guess what?? I’m still waiting. I asked for the GM to call me he never did. On top of this my CX5 is the worst car I have ever bought. It starts on its own and get terrible gas mileage. This is the second or third time I am writhing this review they keep deleting it. More

One I arrived at the dealership I worked with Melissa Malone. What stood out most about Melissa was her genuine and personable approach. Unlike some salespeople who can be overbearing and pushy, she took the time to understand my needs and preferences, creating a tailored experience that felt more like a conversation than a sales pitch. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude made the entire process enjoyable, and I never felt pressured in any of my decisions. I Also worked with Eloy Preciado for financing. Eloy went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable with my decision. He took the time to explain the financing options, making sure I understood every aspect of the process. His transparency and honesty instilled a high level of trust, which is often rare in the car-buying world. Overall, my experience with Groove Mazda in Denver, CO exceeded my expectations. I was visiting family in Colorado and stopped in at Groove Automotive and ended up purchasing a 2023 Mazda CX5. Upon returning home to Missouri with my beautiful new SUV, I was having difficulty with t Groove Automotive and ended up purchasing a 2023 Mazda CX5. Upon returning home to Missouri with my beautiful new SUV, I was having difficulty with the command knob and wasn’t able to pull up any of the settings. The closest Mazda dealership is an hour away from me, so not a matter of just running up to the dealership where I live. So I called back to Groove in Colorado. Berto in customer service helped me, even called me back using FaceTime on our cell phones and walked me through how to properly use the command knob and explained all the settings. He was so kind and patient with me! Unfortunately, I obviously won’t be able to service my vehicle at Groove Automotive. I only hope that I can get this same kind of service and treatment at the dealership in Missouri. Thank you Berto and thank you to my salesman Caleb and to Jeremy for your help with my new vehicle!
