Use this dealer at your own risk! Took my Miata in for Tuesday (3/2/22) appointment to replace fuel pump (recall) + oil change. Chose to prepay for 3 oil change bundle ($170) to sav Took my Miata in for Tuesday (3/2/22) appointment to replace fuel pump (recall) + oil change. Chose to prepay for 3 oil change bundle ($170) to save some money. They said they would throw in a free car wash. Was told it would be ready that afternoon. Next day was told a damaged harness also needed to be replaced (as part of recall) and that part would not be available until Thursday. Thursday afternoon was told part not available until following Monday. Late Tuesday afternoon (one week after drop off), told it was ready and said it was OK to pick up in AM. Wednesday morning picked up car. Car not washed. Came in with 1/4 tank of gas and received with tank half way through red/empty zone with only 18 miles driving distance remaining. Came in with 35.3 mpg and hundreds of miles on trip data. Received with trip data showing 19 miles driven at 1.2 mpg. Paper records falsified to claim only one mile driven. All favorite radio stations gone. Only one radio station (I’ve never listened to) is now default on radio. Was told my payment included two additional oil changes at no charge but paper work provides no documentation of this. While I was at service desk another customer came in complaining about service he was forced to prepay for and dealership could not perform but still no refund after more than 3 months. What a nightmare! Vehicle obviously joyride red lined (and possibly damaged) based on car trip data. Horrible service and dishonesty. Use this dealer at your own risk! More

I was fully mislead and scammed by the dealership. DO NOT COME TO GROOVE MAZDA. After purchasing my vehicle, I had many instances of verbal and written (emails and text messages) communication confi DO NOT COME TO GROOVE MAZDA. After purchasing my vehicle, I had many instances of verbal and written (emails and text messages) communication confirming my tow hitch that was ordered but not available at the time I picked up my car, would be ready in June. Once the date arrived for my hitch, Groove stopped messaging me. I called the parts department who told me I have no tow hitch and it is not possible to install a tow hitch in CX-30s. This was one of the very first questions that I asked when I came in to look at vehicles and Wendel and representatives of the parts department both confirmed not only that the tow hitch was definitely fine on the CX-30 but that it was on order for me and that my purchase price included the tow hitch. I further confirmed again with Wendel when I came back to spec out my vehicle, and a third time when I came back to purchase it. They are now fully refusing to honor the tow hitch and are claiming it cannot be done and that I will not get any money back. They used outright lies and manipulation to sell me a vehicle. Please please go to reputable businesses for your next vehicle and I hope this spares you my experience. More
