Put the wrong name on title- won't respond to change request I bought a 2015 CX-5 in July. While my husband did come with me to the dealership, I made it clear to the salesman who helped me that I am the one mak I bought a 2015 CX-5 in July. While my husband did come with me to the dealership, I made it clear to the salesman who helped me that I am the one making the down payment on this car, I am the one making the monthly payments on this car, and I am the one caring for this car. This is my car. Despite this, my husband's name is all over the title and accompanying information as the owner of the car. I'm listed as a cosigner. I'm not sure why this is and it was not explained to me. My mistake is that I did not ask or demand to have it changed. By the time we were dealing with this paperwork, we had been at the dealership for no fewer than 4 hours and I was exhausted and hungry. To have the title in his name is bad enough. But the bills come in his name, the emails come in his name (to my email address), the service information is in his name, all of it. I've reached out via email to multiple people- including multiple emails to the store manager, replied to surveys with this information, etc. and have received nothing but silence. It is beyond frustrating and I feel like, once I parted with my money, I stopped mattering. More

I decided to trade in my 2013 CX-5 GTfor a 2014 3 iGT recently. I wanted better gas mileage and a lower payment. I explained my situation to Tracy and she worked tirelessly to make sure I got the best recently. I wanted better gas mileage and a lower payment. I explained my situation to Tracy and she worked tirelessly to make sure I got the best deal for my lease return (I was only 11 months in a 36 month lease). She was friendly, understanding and was able to get me everything I wanted in my new car. I not only have more features than before (which was hard to do...my CX-5 was loaded!) I have lower payments and better fuel economy. David also worked very hard to make sure that I had the best rate as I am not buying the 3 instead of leasing. All in all it was a win/win! If you are going to buy a new car from Groove Mazda call and ask for Tracy set an appointment and make sure David is the finance manager on duty...you won't regret it! More
We bought our suv, and were told that we needed to wait an extra day on the delivery of the vehicle so that new tires could be put on. When they delivered the car, it had 2 new tires put on the front. The old tires were shined up and moved to the back wheels. I discovered this by taking it to a tire shop! The tire shop that I went to told me the back tires would last me until winter(3 months). When I confronted the dealership about this,everyone was pointing fingers at everyone else. Until it finally fell onto the service guy (who somehow thought this was an ok practice).Our back 2 tires arrived 2 weeks later and we had to drive from North denver again, to Groove Mazda in Centennial and sit for 1.5 hours getting the back 2 tires put on. That trip was a 3 hour waste of my time! This "mistake" should have never happened at a "creditable" dealership! More
