When we first visited Groove Subaru, simply to browse, we met with Joe. He listened to our needs and showed us the cars we wanted to see. He knew we weren't making a purchase that first day, but still gave us awesome service and spent close to 2 hours with us on a Saturday. After our first visit, Joe reached out a few times but wasn't pushy at all. Several months later, when a new model of the vehicle we wanted was available to order we went directly back to Joe. He helped us order our vehicle on the second day it was available. He kept in touch throughout the process giving us status updates as possible. When our new vehicle came in, first Joe made sure we still liked it and it fit our needs, and then Joe made the sales process simple. Again, he was super thorough; going over numerous features to make sure we were comfortable in our new vehicle before we left the lot. I'd recommend Joe to anyone looking for a new Subaru. He's knowledgable and professional. More
