I had a very pleasant experience at Groove Subaru and with Dan Cassin helping me. Dan answered every question I had, he was very helpful and not pushy at all and allowed me to take my time and test drive with Dan Cassin helping me. When I came back to pick up my purchased car, Dan spent over a half an hour with me to point out all the different features with the car, setting up my Bluetooth, explaining how to go about getting my registration and making me feel very comfortable with my new purchase and having me contact him if I needed any further assistance. It was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and Dan is the very best at what he does!! I couldn’t recommend Groove Subaru or Dan Cassin any higher, FIVE STARS!! I’ll recommend Dan and Groove Subaru to everyone I know!! Thanks again Dan for everything that you do!! I couldn’t be happier!! PS. I went to Schomp Subaru and Autonation Subaru before coming to Groove and they were very rude, inexperienced and condescending. It was such a breath of fresh air when I met Dan at Groove Subaru. A true professional car salesperson who knows his profession and knows how to treat customers! Whenever I need another car(hopefully not anytime soon) I’ll definitely be coming back to Groove to see Dan!! More
