The experience was great. Would come back a 3rd time. I scheduled an appointment with Hoang. I met with him and he showed me to the car i saw online. Hoang gave me some time to look the car over by myself I scheduled an appointment with Hoang. I met with him and he showed me to the car i saw online. Hoang gave me some time to look the car over by myself while he got the dealer plate. The test drive with him felt like i was driving with an old friend i haven't seen in a while. We returned and started the paperwork process. He was very patient with the questions i was asking. I mentioned to him there was a few small scratches on the car. He had the scratches buffed out while i met with Chris. Chris was very friendly when he introduced himself. He asked for about 10 minutes to get the paperwork together. Invited us into office. Once again i felt like i was catching up with an old friend i haven't seen in a while. The whole process was easy just as it was the first time i bought a car from groove subaru. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t want into the sale like some other dealers/dealerships. Overall, the actual sale was very easy and quick, and they walked me through the process step by step. There were also issues with my trade in, but he was able to work it out so that I got a good deal and they were able to accept it as a trade.
