My husband and I enjoyed the sales process, as much as one can. CJ was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He responded quickly and offered a resolution that my husband I were happy with. We got the vehicle inspected by a private company and Groove reimbursed us for the inspection and fixed the couple of things that the inspector found. Overall, we are satisfied customers. More

The price of our vehicle was okay, but don't let lower prices fool you! During the financing we were strong armed by the finance director- but we endured the beating for the lower price. After we finished the financing we learned that there was only one key for the vehicle and if we wanted another it would cost us another $200- in return for our complaining they gave us a free oil change- thanks! Since then we've tried to use some of the extra features that we were "sold" apparently these features aren't always good. I understand that every dealership is a bad experience, just don't let Groove's commercials or prices fool you that they are anything better. More

Bought a used Honda CR-V from this dealership. Saleswoman added a $500 "administration fee" at the last minute, after refusing to budge on the sticker price. Never mentioned this fee until it was time to sign. Perhaps this is "done by all other dealerships," but it sure feels sleazy. Good businesses don't tell me a product costs one thing and add a last minute fee, just before I'm going to buy it. On top of that, they only provided one key - didn't bother to provide a 2nd one.
