I went to Grote Automotive for an oil change and started out the visit with GREAT SERVICE from Nate he was kind and very friendly. Upon waiting for my vehicle to be serviced Lee Gillingham came out and told out the visit with GREAT SERVICE from Nate he was kind and very friendly. I denied the service but I was made fully aware of the problems with my truck. I would Highly recommend these 2 to anyone and look forward to doing business here again!! I had an excellent experience at Grote Automotive! Brian was incredibly professional, courteous, and patient. I was expecting the worst being a female going to buy a car by myself. Sold car that lasted only 2 months. Engine was diagnosed by independent mechanic as well as Grote. Although the car was only about $2500 (in trade equity), one would expect it to last more than 2 months. Th by independent mechanic as well as Grote. The owner offered no credits, repair, or anything all the while telling me that "sometimes you have to take responsibility" and that buying a used car is a "gamble." I arrived at 7:54am this morning and was taken care of as soon as I walked in. I got up late this morning and was not able to have breakfast before leaving home. I asked the service Manager if there was a car that I could use to drive down to the Lakeside Café on Coliseum Blvd just a short distance away since I had to eat and then take my diabetic medicine. Mr. Corwin said that Robin could take me down and drop me off to eat and I could call back and she would pick me up. It was about 9:02am when I called, and Robin answered and said she would be down in five minutes. God bless,,,she was! To be honest the car sales part of it sucks. but the service part is awesome now. Nate did a grerat job with my blazer. he got me a heck of a deal thru warranty company. i should say he knows how to exp service part is awesome now.
