"Worst experience ever"

very pushy into something you don’t want what we got barely got me home died every mile was a 2012 and thought I was gonna pay 35000$ nope don’t I don’t think so don’t need it that bad I’ll find a car lot that lets me pick the car I want and a running one and they gave me a sales price of 14995 and when I signed paperwork it was 16995 they forgot to tell me they gave me the wrong price

We received such great service from Kevin Agler at Grote Automotive. It’s never fun buying a car especially if you have a few blimishes in your credit report. We were treated so nice and never once felt awkward about past issues that affected our credit. Kevin was amazing, he genuinely cared about our concerns and walked us through the process of buying a newer car. We drove away with a 2017 traverse!!!! Thank you Kevin and Grote Automotive!!!!!

"Unexpected Surprise"

My experiencestarted out with talking to Yolanda on the phone. She convinced me into driving up from Muncie. After a little tan with the sales team the sales manager came in... I grew up next door to this guy, our parents are still neighbors. I had no clue... Andrew was as shocked as I was to see one another...he went out of his way to make me the best deal and get me into an almost new car with little mileage. He talked my dad into cosigning and posted to run the paperwork out to him on father's day when he was going to be NetSuite to get me an even better deal and keep my father from an hour drive. I love my car, the staff was friendly, and it was good to see an old friend that I hadn't seen in 20some years.

"Exciting"

Great service, not as much room as we wanted in a vehicle, but understanding. Just hate we didn't thoroughly inspect the car before signing the no damages paper. Soon as we left we noticed two knicks in the windshield glass, other than that we are satisfied!
