Srv Advisor, Zach was amazing. There are no MItsubishi dealerships in my area so I have about a 2 hour drive and Zach couldn't have been more sympathetic. He kept in constant contact with me, notifying me when parts arrived so I wasn't making an unnecessary trip. He was extremely busy but took the time to answer my questions without making me feel like I had to rush. I can't say enough positive things about him and his team. Even Megan the receptionist was cheerful and helpful. What a great staff!!! More

This dealership is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, only months after I purchased my vehicle, I had issues with it. Bringing it to the attention of the salesman and dealership manager ever dealt with, only months after I purchased my vehicle, I had issues with it. Bringing it to the attention of the salesman and dealership manager only to be told if I give an additional $2000.00 towards the vehicle I can be put another one. I have had to put over $7000.00 into this vehicle in order to maintain my credit. DO NOT BUY from this criminally run dealership. DO NOT let them fool you, they are thieves and they know it. More
