Orig service advisor blew me off after my scheduled appointment . On April 6, Brought the RV in to change the oil, trans fluid, break fluid, differential and power steering fluid. Totaling $2645. Afternoon of April 10, went in to take the RV home and try to find another shop to help me. Talked to Danny Mcwatters about getting my keys but Danny was able to get everything moving. He confirmed no work had started and no parts ordered. He got things moving and the mechanics started morning of April 13. He maintained comms with me and kept me updated. He even provided a contact, Judy, when he was not available on the 14th. Danny Mcwatters saved the day. More
