I was greeted immediately by Sara and she explained what would be done and walked me to the service waiting area. Sara texted her number and said to contact her anytime if I had questions. She let me know when my car was ready as promised. The service technician sent a video of him checking my vehicle as it was done and let me know that there were no areas of concern. That is a very valuable service to customers waiting for status. I appreciate the effort made by World Ford Pensacola to get and keep me returning. I definitely will return for my next scheduled maintenance. The waiting area had comfortable seating and was quiet enough if anyone had work to accomplish.
