Had a steering problem and suspension issues. My Prius is 15 years old. I’m just keeping it alive. They took their time to really look under the hood (no pun intended). All it needed immediately was alignment. The shocks need replacing but that can wait. Quite frankly they could have made up all kinds of rubbish. But they chose honesty.
