The dealership was clean and waiting area great. Martin did a great job. My only real complaint was I had tried online to get a trade in price on my RAV4 so a Claudia Garcia communicated with me o Martin did a great job. This is the 2nd time I used this dealership for services and both times, I was treated like trash. Service Adviser and guest check-out rep were both not polite or courteous. I've been working with Joe for going on a year looking for the perfect truck. He stayed patient and along the way would show me multiple vehicles, but couldn't find the right fit.
