Subject: Urgent: Contract Documentation, Refund, and Vehicle Concerns To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally document my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my vehicle purchase Vehicle Concerns To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally document my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my vehicle purchase and subsequent follow-up at Toyota of North Austin. My name is Anthony Andrew, and I am the buyer of the vehicle in question. At the time of purchase, I was instructed by Finance Representative Rehiler Garcia to return in one week to review and remove specific add-on items from my contract. I did so, and during that meeting, Mr. Garcia and I went line by line, identifying which items were to be removed and refunded. He informed me the refund would take some time to process. However, a critical page of my contract—detailing the agreed removals—was retained by Mr. Garcia, and despite repeated requests (via calls, texts, and emails), I have not been provided with my copy. This is unacceptable. Additionally, I was asked to provide a photo of my odometer, though no clear explanation was given. I suspect this may relate to the fact that the odometer reading listed in my contract is incorrect compared to the actual mileage on my vehicle. This, combined with the withheld contract page and lack of communication, raises serious concerns that the refund process is being deliberately stalled. Further, when I purchased this vehicle, it was equipped with the wrong type of tires—tires rated for an SUV, not a truck. This was only discovered days later when I had to purchase new tires. Supplying a vehicle with incorrect tires is not only negligent, but also a serious safety concern, especially considering I use this vehicle daily to transport my family. As of today, September 16, 2025, I have been waiting over an hour to speak with someone in finance to resolve these matters, with no resolution in sight. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability I have experienced is unacceptable. If this situation is not corrected immediately—specifically: 1. My refund processed without further delay, 2. My complete contract (including the missing page) provided to me, and 3. A written explanation regarding the tire issue— then I, along with my family and friends, will no longer do business with Toyota of North Austin and will actively discourage others from doing so as well. We bought a used vehicle and it had only one key and Dylan told us he’d get us a second key.
