We regret that you think we are stealing from you, however as I stated to you personally, the unit was brought to us without the locking lug nut key, and we had to break the lug and that takes a certified technician to do that. The cost was higher than you expected, but it was not due to stealing from you or anyone. We did however refund you the additional cost to make it right according to you.
