was very dissatisfied with communication regarding the service on my car. No one ever reached out to update me. It took for me to keep calling to try and get answers regarding when it was started on and w service on my car. No one ever reached out to update me. It took for me to keep calling to try and get answers regarding when it was started on and when would it be done. When asked what time was my car brought to the back I could not get answer. Asked when would I have gotten updates , she could only apologize because she never once updated me until I kept calling checking on it when people finally started answering the phone. My car was dropped off that morning close to 10 and I could not get answer answer as to when it would be done until I called again to check and see. It was not ready until the next day at 10. Never even received the initial text when you get checked in and you can text the number if you have any questions or want to call. Very unhappy More

Service department service technicians: tighten the lug bolts so tight damaging the lugs. Have to take them to another mechanic to have them loosen and tighten to specs torque. Also, gets greasy hand print bolts so tight damaging the lugs. Have to take them to another mechanic to have them loosen and tighten to specs torque. Also, gets greasy hand prints all over my seats, console, door, steering wheel and greasy foot prints all over my door where the door is kicked or propped open with their work boot. I have to have my car cleaned after each service. And my hubcaps have been scratch so badly it looks as if I got them off a wrecked Toyota. The service people inside are nice while the technicians destroy your Toyota. More
