Horrible experience with them doing $2500 of work that was done wrong, waiting several weeks because their young tech assigned to my car was "busy with school" Used to have some resemblance of customer se was done wrong, waiting several weeks because their young tech assigned to my car was "busy with school" Used to have some resemblance of customer service, but was intentionally ignored last service and possible racism by the three guys who came out. I left a negative review, all of a sudden I'm getting 10x more emails and letters in my mail harassing me after being very reasonable every time I've had an issue here. Spent years in Florida with the car and at several dealerships without issue. Always a problem here or getting my car back in worse shape. More

Terrible Communication and Total Waste of TimeI inquired online about a vehicle and spent two days trying to get simple questions answered. Instead of actual help, I just received automated-feeling replies online about a vehicle and spent two days trying to get simple questions answered. Instead of actual help, I just received automated-feeling replies asking what questions I had—even though I repeated my questions in several emails. I was also promised a video of the car that never arrived. After pushing for updates again, I was finally told the vehicle was already sold, followed by a pivot asking what else I was interested in. I will absolutely not consider buying any other car from this dealership. Avoid their online sales department. More
