When my wife and I purchased our vehicle (2014 Grand Highlander), we experienced ongoing issues ("CV Axle failures") that were brought to your Dealerships attention. At that time, we were assured the vehicle was fine. After the problems persisted, you offered us “tires for life,” after we spent multiple trips trying to resolve the issue with the dealership for cv axle repairs and all of this was documented in our service paperwork. Recently, when I brought the vehicle in for its first tire replacement, I was told this would be the final time the dealership would honor that agreement. The explanation given was that the Service Dept. Manager who made the deal is no longer with the company and ownership has changed, they would not continue the arrangement. This is extremely disappointing. The commitment was made as part of resolving a legitimate issue with a brand-new vehicle purchased and with the number of times we were instructed that the issue was not an issue by the service department. Even though you want to excuse all of these issues with Lynch and the older service manager, let me at least add that some (I won't say most) of the Lynch employees are Allen Turner employees and I am no lawyer but typically someone purchasing a business inherits any agreements made by the original business. Now let me add my most recent interaction prior to finding out about the tire situation: I made an appointment online for the tire installation on 1/31/26 for an appt. date of 2/20/26 at 10:30am and marked that I would wait for the vehicle while work is performed. I never received any information regarding my appointment until I called service on 2/18/26, but my service provider was unavailable, so I did not receive a call back until 2/19/26. I was advised that they just ordered two types of tires and I could pick which one when I got there 2/20/26. When I arrived at my appointment time, no tires were available and I was advised I could leave and come back Monday. I mentioned I drove 1 hour as I always do for service to the dealership and I took off an entire day from work to make sure the tires were done so my wife can have her vehicle for the weekend, instead the service providers partner mentioned they had a loaner vehicle that just came available so I could drive home and leave my vehicle. Never did anyone say "WE ARE SORRY or any mention of "HEY WE MESSED UP", instead all I get is that you can come back and pick it up after we call you later that afternoon or the next morning letting me know the vehicle was ready. Well, I didn't receive a call until 2/23/26 at 1:47PM. So, yes you can blame the other on Lynch, but in the end your own customer service is not lacking. As a result of how this has been handled, you have lost a loyal service customer and future buyer. Unfortunately, I also cannot recommend the dealership to others based on this experience. I took my 2007 Lexus ES 350 to Sunny King Toyota for a brake repair. I was quoted $1,250 for the front brakes and $1,250 for the rear brakes, plus a $150 inspection fee. I took my car to Grover and Son Tire in Oxford, AL and was only charged $325 to replace rear brakes and new rotors. I saved over $2,325 by simply going to a local honest repair shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SUNNY KING TOYOTA FOR REPAIRS. Y ou will be taken advantage of and ripped off.

This dealer advertised a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid 10,410 miles, Certified. I bought the car. The implication was it was a Toyota Certified vehicle and I reviewed the printed out Toyota web info on certification. Instead, they provided a mechanical failure service contract from Fidelity Warranty Services. Significantly inferior in features from Toyota's certification. Classic bait & switch. Eric Hogue is the GM and he has ghosted me for weeks and he did not even know what i was calling about. I just said I am a customer who wants to talk to him. The finance person is belligerently uncooperative. (I paid cash for the car and that probably explains his animosity.) It would be so easy for this dealership to do the right thing and live up to their promises. That's not who they are. Be wary of this dealership. Note I hold Natania Olelum, the salesperson, in high regard and she is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Totally different than this business.

Recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Sequioa TRD Pro from Lowe Toyota. First of all, the buying experience was much better than previous experiences at other dealers in the Middle Georgia area. After owning the vehicle for three weeks, found that there was a problem with the vehicle in how it was made at the factory. The accessory on the vehicle was causing a minor problem and I am a very picky customer. I dealt with Kevin Williams, the sales manager and made him aware of the problem. He had limited ability as the local dealer sales manager to handle a problem that was factory installed. However, he promptly came to a satisfactory solution for both of us. The accessory was removed and corrected the problem with the vehicle. By the way, I love the Sequoia, and this corrected the only complaint I had with the vehicle. He did what a manager is hired to do. He was presented with a problem and came to a solution in a prompt manner and I left the dealership satisfied. This is rare in today's market, especially with car dealerships. I want to thank Kevin for his help and would recommend Lowe's to anyone. Keith Martin

She was such a pleasure to work with and kept in touch with me during the whole process of getting the Tacoma shipped from the factory to the dealership. She answered all my questions along the way and was very pleasant and easy to work with. Vehicle arrived today and was exactly the way it was listed, no bait and switch at all.
