Instead of actual help, I just received automated-feeling replies asking what questions I had—even though I repeated my questions in several emails. I was also promised a video of the car that never arrived. After pushing for updates again, I was finally told the vehicle was already sold, followed by a pivot asking what else I was interested in. I will absolutely not consider buying any other car from this dealership. Avoid their online sales department. More

A little pricey but worth it. I have over 100k miles on my 2009 Highlander. We bought it new and it has been a great car with very few issues over the years. The staff is friendly and mostly efficient. There always seems to be an issue when they service my vehicle serviced. The first time, they forgot to put my wheel key back. The second time it took three hours after my appointment for them to start working on the vehicle. Today, the service tech got oil on the inside of my vehicle.
