Bought a Toyota Crown Signia and have used them now 3x for the 5,000 mile service that comes with purchase. Scheduling department is accommodating so that the best time for me can be scheduled. The waiting area is very nice. Service associates keep me updated through texts so I know what's going on with my car. Nice feature is that I can text service associate during service time if I have questions. Each time after service an associate walks me to my car and asks if I have any questions.
