The quality of the work here is horrible, after getting an oil change, 23 mins after leaving the dealership my car broke down and made this loud clinking/ rattling of metal sound and is now not drivable. an oil change, 23 mins after leaving the dealership my car broke down and made this loud clinking/ rattling of metal sound and is now not drivable. Went in for 6:15 appointment to see car I had inquired about, car sold just before I arrived. The salesperson I had been working with was great. However, the sales manager was a piece of work. He was com about, car sold just before I arrived. The salesperson I had been working with was great. However, the sales manager was a piece of work. He was completely disrespectful towards me and was the epitome of what the image of a car saleman is. Clearly just wanted a sale and tried to undermine with sales verbiage and tactics. Saw a younger, military guy and thought he could work me over. Clearly, he underestimates our intelligence and ability to quickly identify our enemy . We are trained to observe and then act. Thank you to his co-worker who actually laughed at one point when he was talking. Worth driving to another city to look at your Toyotas! More

It is very disappointing when you schedule an appointment for an oil change at 7:30 in the morning and your vehicle is not even pulled into the garage until 8:30. There is a reason we make appointment. We have other things to do besides sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours for a 20 minute job. More
Lethargic staff. Slow to acknowledge customer arrival. I had to walk into waiting area asking a fellow customer if someone met them in the driveway. When checking out staff avoids eye contact so they don’t have to help you. More
