Absolutely awful once again. This is my second terrible experience at this location. After the first time I swore I’d never go back but the service manager reached out and made t This is my second terrible experience at this location. After the first time I swore I’d never go back but the service manager reached out and made things right. Last week I called to schedule regular service and I remembered the previous service I had some recommendations. I asked they told me coolant flush, drive belt and plugs. I explained to them i had plugs done by them less then 10k miles ago he looked in to it and found out I was right. He assured me it was just an over look and will fix it. Today I had my service scheduled I get everything done and as I’m checking out I’m informed I have new recommendations plugs. I responded with really? I explained to the guy that him and I literally had this conversation last week about how I already had my plugs done and he assured me it would be updated. Well guess what it wasn’t. I then explained to him how it makes me feel as if it wasn’t really done. Because why would they continue to recommend something that they supposedly did even after the spoke to him the week prior and he assured me it was fixed. He then responds with what do you want me to do. Well I want you to do the job when you tell me you’re going to fix’s something do it. As I leave I look up and once again the stupid sticker was over looked and now it really has me thinking if you’re going to over look that what else. I go back in to get the sticker and they act like I’m an inconvenience. I honestly don’t believe the works getting done and they’re just scamming people for every dollar they can. I said it last time but I swear I’ll never go back there I’ll drive the extra hour. Don’t take your vehicle there. More
