All was very good except the wait. Took over one-hour after all paperwork completed before we could take possession of our used vehicle...after a two-hour sales process...mostly paper Took over one-hour after all paperwork completed before we could take possession of our used vehicle...after a two-hour sales process...mostly paperwork. Asa, the salesman, was nice, easy to work with, seemed concerned for the long wait before the vehicle was actually available to drive away. Price was fair. Vehicle was extremely clean. The total of just over three hours was the only dissatisfaction. CarMax process was less than 45 minutes from choosing vehicle to drive-away. Paid cash both places. More
