In general, everything was good. I was not impressed with the financing process. I had to ask about interest rates after I was approved and told about the payment. Chris (sales rep) I was not impressed with the financing process. I had to ask about interest rates after I was approved and told about the payment. Chris (sales rep) was easy to deal with, although there was an issue about selling the truck (Raptor) at MSRP or $5K over MSRP. I was told at MSRP and then $5K over then back to MSRP. The short answer is there is an opportunity for improvement and I am very happy with the truck. More
