Thank you so much for responding to my review. The whole experience went very well. On a different note, I have a 2017 Ford Escape recall letter. I have called the service department to schedule an appointment. I had to leave messages twice but no one has ever called me back. Any advice? Karen Farr Klfarr62@gmail.com
