Worst experience ever This is the second post I write in less than a month. My experience with this company has been probably the worst I have ever had. I bought a car whi This is the second post I write in less than a month. My experience with this company has been probably the worst I have ever had. I bought a car which they insisted had been serviced and checked with an 85 pt check. Not only were there two lights not working and the oil of this car not been changed, but the car was smoking and burning oil only a week and a half after I bought it. Makes you think that their 85 pt check was very superficial, if at all true. They took a week and a half to diagnosed a problem that was obvious: there was a problem in the engine. They have to fix the cylinder head. They have had the car now for almost three weeks and still cannot comfirm when I will get it back. Frankly I think they are waiting for the 3 months warranty to run out, so that if I find any more problems I will not be able to claim. Even though they have had the car longer than I have since I bought it. Really this place seems like a racket. More

Great Experience with the Service Department My Acura RDX had a recall, Gunn paid for my rental while we waited for the parts to come in and then when the parts were in, they repaired my car the My Acura RDX had a recall, Gunn paid for my rental while we waited for the parts to come in and then when the parts were in, they repaired my car the same day and all I had to do was drive the rental to the dealership and my car was repaired, clean and waiting for me. Judy even helped move my stuff from the rental to my car. Great Experience! More
