Asked them to check battery cables as one had come loose twice Left after service and car completely shut down on expressway was able to get off out of traffic. Windshield on our 2019 RDX Advance cracked when struck by a rock on highway. Notified dealer and they ordered a replacement. Dropped car off and received a loaner. Picked up our car the next day.
