The service writer was wonderful.... very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately GUNNs idea of an oil change doesn't match what they post in their waiting room of just 30 minutes to get it done. I had an appointment for 1PM Friday 10/9/20 and didn't leave this place until 2:45 PM. There was no one in this place getting service. It was empty.... I am not going to take my car back here. I can get the same service done faster at Jeffy Lube. So why should anyone go here? More

From the time I bought my RDX in July 2017 to now I have had nothing but great experiences with the dealership. Service fixed a very unusual problem with the driver seat adjustment. Had to order a part over the Labor Day Holiday weekend, but we were given an excellent, well sanitized loaner.
