Wonderful Experience Julian and Michael, the F & I manager, were wonderful to work with in purchasing our 2020 Honda HRV. We trade cars every three years and this was on Julian and Michael, the F & I manager, were wonderful to work with in purchasing our 2020 Honda HRV. We trade cars every three years and this was one of our best experiences. We were met on the lot by Julian as soon as we parked our car. He was friendly, informative but gave us plenty of "space" to check out the car that interested us. We appreciated his knowledge of the vehicle and recommendations. When it was determined that the car we wanted was not at the dealership, he quickly found one in another, kept us posted on time frames and called us within the hour that he arrived back in town with the car. Julian also made sure we understood everything in the car and walked us through the steps of using what is available. We couldn't have asked for better service. Michael, too, was knowledgable and informative and made sure we understood all the forms that we were signing. He made the paperwork process painless. We highly recommend Gunn Honda! More
