Far from simple... My wife and I went to Gunn Honda looking to buy a 2018 Honda Accord. Their “One Simple Price” is just a few hundred dollars below MSRP. Everybody kn My wife and I went to Gunn Honda looking to buy a 2018 Honda Accord. Their “One Simple Price” is just a few hundred dollars below MSRP. Everybody knows, or should know, that the MSRP is never the price that is paid for a car. The salesman we spoke to mentioned there was a $2,000.00 discount and that there was an additional $1,000 cash that was being offered by Honda. We drove a couple of cars before deciding on a 2018 Honda Accord Sport. The salesman showed us the price breakdown which included the $2,000 discount, but also included $399.99 for tint and another $400.00 or $500.00 for their "Blue Steel" package which is supposed to protect the car from weather elements and interior stains. We had that removed before asking about the $1,000.00. They said that it could only be used if we bought the car THAT day since it was end of the month special. My wife and I don't like being rushed so we told them we would think about it and left. We went to another dealership a few days later and saw the same exact car being sold for $2,000.00 less than all of their discounts. We never heard from Gunn Honda again. No text, emails or follow-up calls. I guess they don't care since most of the people we saw were buying cars at their inflated prices. They make you feel like you can't bargain because it's "One Simple Price" but the fact is if you don't bargain then you don't get the "Best Price." Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. More

Great Service Dept Took my CRV in for its first maint. visit. I was assisted by Dennis Hayes. He was very professional, efficient and courteous. I decided to wait. Appro Took my CRV in for its first maint. visit. I was assisted by Dennis Hayes. He was very professional, efficient and courteous. I decided to wait. Approx. 2 hrs later, Dennis personally came to the waiting area to inform me that my vehicle was ready. He also took care of the final processing. All work done, as promised. While waiting, I noticed that staff also keep the snack area meticulously clean. They also keep their free coffee and Krispy Kreme donut cabinet freshly stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages for customers. Very nice touch. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I also noticed on my svc ticket that Kenneth Manny was the Tech who performed the actual work. A big thank you to him for a job well done! More
