This dealership is always honest, helpful, respectful, and do their best to answer any question you may have. They need a better process in place to funnel customers into the service bay. I had the brake line fluid and a full front brake job replaced on my 2014 Honda Accord and I waited about 3 1/2 hours...but I also made no appointment nor did I catch the shuttle home so that is honestly MY bad. Service I purchased my car from Gunn and take it to them for service. They are dependable, organized, friendly, and thorough. My CRV is 7 years old but has v I purchased my car from Gunn and take it to them for service. They are dependable, organized, friendly, and thorough. My CRV is 7 years old but has very low mileage; it needed new tires, new battery, and a free multipoint check. The A/C & air filters were replaced as well as the transmission & brake fluids and the oil filter. I waited in the lounge and was offered a massage; the appointment took more than 3.5 hours but I had plenty to do during that time. When I drove out of the dealership I immediately noticed a much smoother ride and a rapid and powerful response to acceleration. It was like having a new car! More
