Professional and kind. When I arrived at my appointed time I was greeted by Alexis "my" service manager. He welcome me to Gunn Honda and explained what my service "B1" ent When I arrived at my appointed time I was greeted by Alexis "my" service manager. He welcome me to Gunn Honda and explained what my service "B1" entailed. Due to the low mileage on my car, he advised me to wait on some of the recommended services, which I really appreciated. Alex made sure I was familiar with where the breakroom ad refreshments were located. Once my vehicle was taken back Alexis send me a text and told me if I had any concerns or questions while I was waiting, to please don't hesitate to contact him via text. Once my car was finished (which was about 30 minutes sooner than expected) and brought to the front, Alexis apologized for taking so long and for the construction going on . He confirmed what had been done that visit and asked if I had any questions. Alexis took me to the service desk, processed me payment and walked me back out to my car, thanked me for trusting in Gunn Honda and wished me good day. I had been a Gunn Honda customer for over 25 years. More

Horrible customer service I went to Gunn Honda for a few recalls on my Honda Pilot 2012. I am having vcm issues and my truck is misfiring above 30 mph and consuming oil at a hi I went to Gunn Honda for a few recalls on my Honda Pilot 2012. I am having vcm issues and my truck is misfiring above 30 mph and consuming oil at a high rate. I asked for the software update to resolve the vcm issues and oil consumption. I asked for a diagnostic and an oil consumption test as well. I was never given the diagnostic test and was told there is no software update for my vehicle. I know this is a lie, on the Honda service bulletin there is a software update, because Honda was sued and lost the case over this vary issue. This issue destroys your engine. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any Honda dealership. I was mocked and left the dealership with tons of cosmetic damage done to my vehicle that wasn't there prior to this visit. Never again will I go to this dealership. If you have any recalls on your Honda, please stay away from this dealership. They will mock you and destroy your vehicle . More
