Joe Toepfer advised me what was wrong with my truck and when it would be repaired. He texted me during Friday advising the status of the repairs. I picked up the Ridgeline when promised. Great job! Oil change Loooooong wait! there was no attendant outside . I waited inside at the express service desk, while the Honda employee finished helping the current cu Loooooong wait! there was no attendant outside . I waited inside at the express service desk, while the Honda employee finished helping the current customer.....only for him to say oh ya gotta register with the attendant outside.....hmmmm, there was no one out there, that’s why I came in side rather than wIt outside in the heat. all he had to do was right my name and phone number, take my keys, I told him really, it’s hot and all I need is an oil change. He sent me outside, only for the nice gentleman who had been busy moving cars up...to simply write my name and number and take my keys....he was sweet. bald guy inside...working the express desk..lazy...couldn’t tell you his name either...never introduced himself. I was there 7-23-19 mid afternoon More

Go to Gunn Honda! I bought my 1st Honda in 2016. Every experience at Gunn Honda has been positive and I’ve been there more than a few times for maintenance and question I bought my 1st Honda in 2016. Every experience at Gunn Honda has been positive and I’ve been there more than a few times for maintenance and questions concerning my 2014 Accord. I never arrive feeling a knot in my stomach as if I’m about to be swindled like at other dealerships. Plus when I leave, my question or problem has been solved efficiently and effectively saving me time AND money. What more can a lady ask for??...Oh wait, their waiting room is clean, beverages provided, and everyone is kind and asks if you need help. More
