I waited inside at the express service desk, while the Honda employee finished helping the current customer.....only for him to say oh ya gotta register with the attendant outside.....hmmmm, there was no one out there, that’s why I came in side rather than wIt outside in the heat. all he had to do was right my name and phone number, take my keys, I told him really, it’s hot and all I need is an oil change. He sent me outside, only for the nice gentleman who had been busy moving cars up...to simply write my name and number and take my keys....he was sweet. bald guy inside...working the express desk..lazy...couldn’t tell you his name either...never introduced himself. I never arrive feeling a knot in my stomach as if I’m about to be swindled like at other dealerships. Plus when I leave, my question or problem has been solved efficiently and effectively saving me time AND money.
