Great service I was notified by email it was time to service my crv about the same time my car service light came on. Rental We usually have a good experience with service dept with getting us a fast /clean rental . However this visit we dropped off our pilot Saturday am and We usually have a good experience with service dept with getting us a fast /clean rental . However this visit we dropped off our pilot Saturday am and did not get a call back. We had to call / text them past 4 o’clock to see if they were done. We understand at times there are no rentals available but we were not told until then our car was ready and we had to take it back. We went back Monday to get a rental and the car had gas but was dirty inside dog hair everywhere and when we drove off my daughter said there are ants . Of course we thought she was joking and she was not there was an ant on her hand. The civic was very dirty and I was disappointed. thankfully the issue was taken care of soon and I only had to have the rental for 2 days. I just wanted to let you all know this was prob the only time we have been disappointed. More
