I'm sure he does this with all his customers but I like to pretend I'm special... ; ) In any case, that's how he makes me feel. He has had to deal with me 4 times so this isn't a singular review. Don't worry, Honda is a stellar brand...my issues were related to my Blue Shield Protection (paint issues, upholstery) and one battery concern. In every case I was treated with the upmost respect, I was never talked down to, or brushed aside as my claim being trivial. Mr. Esparza, you represent your Company well. You definitely make me want to keep buying Hondas. More
