Great on time service I took my vehicle for service, no appointment, and was told it was going to take between 45-60 minutes to change oil, filter, rotate tires and do a fl I took my vehicle for service, no appointment, and was told it was going to take between 45-60 minutes to change oil, filter, rotate tires and do a fluid and light inspection. I was pleasantly surprised that it took only 38 minutes. I hate places which give a time or appointment to find out it was “just a reference” Here I received an explanation of everything done to the vehicle, paid and got back in my vehicle before the 45 minute mark. Gunn Honda did the necessary repairs a The 2006 Civic hybrid had to have the struts replaced after 235,000 miles and the rear engine mount replaced. Gunn Honda did the necessary repairs and now the car is running great. It’s still getting very good mileage in the 47 mpg range. The car feels like it could go another 100,000 miles without problems. This car drives me to work and back 50 miles per day. Thanks Gunn Honda! More

Excellent customer service & Service Dept. I’ve always received excellent customer service from Gunn Honda off of the I-10 Frontage road by Costco. I purchased both a 2011 Ridgeline & a 2014 Ac I’ve always received excellent customer service from Gunn Honda off of the I-10 Frontage road by Costco. I purchased both a 2011 Ridgeline & a 2014 Accord Hybrid EXL and had fantastic service from the sales department as well as follow-up care. The service department has also always provided top-notch maintenance for both vehicles at reasonable rates given the technology and quality of the cars. I’ve been reluctant to take my cars elsewhere because I’ve found they don’t know the vehicles well nor how to properly service them- along with not having the correct parts on hand when needed. The service department has always applied discounts to its pricing. Ironically the stock tires on the Accord, when needing to be replaced at over 65k mileage, were significantly less expensive at the dealer than through big chain “discount” tire stores. Overall Gunn Honda is excellent from top to bottom. They’ll be the first stop and most likely my only stop when purchasing my next vehicle. They’ve consistently had the widest selection of inventory in both new and used vehicles. I highly recommend Gunn Honda and am grateful to all of its staff for the stellar customer service provided over the years- and years to come! Kudos to Jonathan Maimbo & Tony in the service department for the excellent service provided on 1/26/19!!! Jonathan explained in detail all of the services due for the Accord, the prices, and which ones could be delayed- along with explaining in depth what each service involved as well as the mechanical design of the Accord Hybrid 4 cylinder engine (it has #8 spark plugs- 2 per cylinder, which I never knew).
