A little frustrating. As for the question "would I recommend this dealership", my answer is not a clear cut yes or no. It's somewhere between. When I checked in with Pari As for the question "would I recommend this dealership", my answer is not a clear cut yes or no. It's somewhere between. When I checked in with Parish I was told it would be 1.5 or 2 hours. Really for an oil/filter change? Seems it should be done quicker than that. He also tried to upsell be on a different service. So 2 hours into my wait, I walk over to see how things are coming along. I am told that they are also preforming a recall issue on my vehicle and he passed me over to Joseph. This was the first time I was notified of this. No one came over to the waiting area to inform me of the recall issue. Service people were consistently coming over and talking with other customers and giving updates on their vehicles. For whatever reason I was not given the same consideration. So, Joseph tells me it will be another 20 minutes before my vehicle will be ready. Joseph did apologize to me for no one letting me know about the recall. After another 45 minutes of waiting, I walk back over to check on things. 10 minutes later, Joseph brings my vehicle around and I pay my bill. He did apologize again for the inconvenience and I did appreciate that. So basically 3 hours after arriving for a simple oil/filter change, I was on my way. A little better communication than what I received, would have been appreciated. More

I always leave feeling like the work was first class. GUNN's advisors are always professional and have always been very helpful. So, thanks, GUNN Honda. I only have two complaints: (1) I wish you were closer to my home; and (2) I actually DO have a complaint. My wife drives a Toyota and takes her car to Cavender Toyota for maintenance. Cavender always washes her car after working on it. GUNN Honda used to do that but hasn't done it for some years. I think GUNN Honda should return to that policy of washing its client's car after doing maintenance on it. Then I would have to give you 5 stars instead of 4. Sorry. However, I would still recommend your dealership to anyone. More
