Front end alignment Had an appointment for 8 am. When my service was done no one came to let me know my car was ready. I went and asked after a 1/2 hour after I saw it s Had an appointment for 8 am. After getting my car serviced on Friday on Monday a few service lights came on and not knowing what’s going on I called the dealership service departm After getting my car serviced on Friday on Monday a few service lights came on and not knowing what’s going on I called the dealership service department and told them my concerns. Did not offer for me to come in today (monday) but looked for appointments the next day. I feared for my safety and it was clear no one cared that I was driving a car where no one knew what was going on. So disappointed. I just moved out here and so far I don’t plan on coming back to this dealership if this is how you treat your Honda customers. More
