I greatly appreciated the work area, which had cubicles set up with desktops and free Wi-Fi. More

Great Service Dept Took my CRV in for its first maint. visit. I was assisted by Dennis Hayes. He was very professional, efficient and courteous. I decided to wait. Approx. 2 hrs later, Dennis personally came to the waiting area to inform me that my vehicle was ready. He also took care of the final processing. All work done, as promised. While waiting, I noticed that staff also keep the snack area meticulously clean. They also keep their free coffee and Krispy Kreme donut cabinet freshly stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages for customers. Very nice touch. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I also noticed on my svc ticket that Kenneth Manny was the Tech who performed the actual work. A big thank you to him for a job well done! More

Didn’t like that we had to pay labor above water pump estimate, and also feel like there is an upsell of service that isn’t recommended by the manufacturer (similar to other dealerships). More
