Anticipating the customers needs I had a great customer experience.....I had been having issues with my A.c. not working.. . And had been told previously that nothing could be done be I had a great customer experience.....I had been having issues with my A.c. not working.. . And had been told previously that nothing could be done because at the time I took it in for repair it was working...I was running errands and my A.c. started acting up... I took a chance and drove straight to the dealership...I encountered Carlos who was very polite and patient as I vented about my previous experience I was then assigned to Garland. .. He was wonderful... he was kind.. and efficient... He reminded me why I continue to do business with Gunn..They even took care of a recall I knew nothing about ... We have purchased four cars from this dealership .. and it's customer service like Garlands .. that keeps us coming back... More
Replacement keys & airbag recall Cost to replace keys was hugh, but airbag replacement @ no charge as was a recall. Finished w/i my time constraints, but upon driving out, had to go Cost to replace keys was hugh, but airbag replacement @ no charge as was a recall. Finished w/i my time constraints, but upon driving out, had to go back to have them reset/rekey my radio so it would work (bought used so didn't have key code). Next day noticed replaced airbag cover not closed completely so popped it in myself. Next 2 weeks noticed dashboard airbag light on intermittently. Took back to find source of light & to have airbag rechecked (since top had been popped down by me). Found defective sensor--under warranty (solved light issue), so no additional cost. Said wasn't connected to the airbag replacement & replaced airbag was still installed correctly. Took 2 visits but all safety issues were addressed w/o charge due to recall & warranty. More

Disappointing I love Honda. Could've have gone somewhere else. Was not asked or told how to use features in my new car or was not told what features my 2016 accord I love Honda. Went to turn in papers and receptionist was on her cell before she noticed me and still didn't ask if I need so something. There was a board with about 6 questions and my answer was no to all. I asked her what then. She said I don't know, maybe you should talk to the manager. My only good experience was with Mr. DECENA from the business office and Denise from service dept. She was courteous, helpful and took care of me right away. More
