With VIN numbers readily providing detailed car information, I expected a straightforward estimate. I had received a previous quote, so I confidently scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, upon arrival for the appointment, the quoted price had doubled. The service department explained this was due to calibration being required, but I was not informed of this beforehand. In my opinion, this lack of transparency is unprofessional. While I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, a heads-up and potential discount would have been greatly appreciated. Ultimately, I needed the car and paid the increased amount, but left feeling frustrated. More
GREAT customer service. .....scheduled appointment at 8:30 am for first year warranty check and oil change. Arrived around 8 and was immediately helped.
