Several items needed to be fixed or updated,besides the oil change I came in for! I was promised a certain amount of time to get the jobs done, but it was done sooner than I expected! Unfortunately, we did not have good experience with either the service or the sales departments. Service department folks were very dishonest with their opinion about a 10-year-old van and made us spen either the service or the sales departments. Service department folks were very dishonest with their opinion about a 10-year-old van and made us spend a lot of money on the van repairs only to realize that that there are many additional things wrong with the van in just two months. Subsequently we decided to trade/sell the van, but the appraisal from the sales dept. was extremely low (we got more than 3 times the amount from CarMax on the same day). More

Although I drive past a Honda dealership 2 miles from my home to go 17 miles to Gunn Honda, the trip is worth it to me. Since I purchased my Odyssey in 2018 I have always used Gunn Honda because they do ex home to go 17 miles to Gunn Honda, the trip is worth it to me. Since I purchased my Odyssey in 2018 I have always used Gunn Honda because they do excellent work and they provide great amenities if you choose to wait for your vehicle, or you can choose to be taken to work or home. Although this last service took a little longer than expected due to updating maps on the vehicle, it was well worth the wait. Gunn Honda also provides 10% discount to military and retired military for the service of my vehicle. More
