Purchased my Accord Coupe, brand new from the showroom floor in 2012. After purchasing, I remember going for my first service appointment, it was a terrible experience, benefit of the doubt, I went again floor in 2012. Since then I take my vehicle for service at Gilman, honedt, impeccable Customer Service. Recently, 12/23/2021 went back to Gunn because of convenience in location and 9 years later, same awful, rude service from their Service Dept. I went for a quick oil change, I have no plan to return. I do need further maintenance but opt to have it done at Gilman. More

Well first of all my service associate Adam was super helpful and made sure my vehicle was fully inspected and explained every detail of what was done. Service is good but could communicate time table and updates better. I’ve had to wait 3 hrs for an alignment this year and 3 1/2 hrs for an oil change on separate visit.
