Rosa, in the service dept, arranged the appt, checked me in and communicated closely with the computer tech to fix the software problem. Was easily accessible by phone and called me for a follow up 24 hrs l in and communicated closely with the computer tech to fix the software problem. Chad greeted me and processed my request. I need both headlights replaced which happened in a reasonable time given that it was a busy Saturday. Although I reserved an appointment time, I still had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change/ tire rotation. I believe I was just placed in order of arrival without regards to an appointment.
