No one ever bothered to call when our car was ready and when I called I got an answering service that could only take a message that was never returned... I was having a slight issue with the car windows so I took the car to Gunn Honda. Toni Simpson, who is very courteous and helpful, knew what the problem was right away. Thru out the day he kept me abre took the car to Gunn Honda. Toni Simpson, who is very courteous and helpful, knew what the problem was right away. Thru out the day he kept me abreast of what the car needed and when to expect it back. They needed to order a part but I got the car back earlier than expected. When I first bought a car at Gunn Honda 21 years ago I met the GM Mr. Mark Hannigan. He is very courteous and professional. He is always there if I have any concerns regarding the purchase of the car. Him and his staff are the main reasons why I have buying cars from them all these years. More

It took a long time to initially drop off my car because the employee was chatting for a long time (15 minutes) with a customer. The service itself didn’t take that long after they started working on it bu the employee was chatting for a long time (15 minutes) with a customer. The service itself didn’t take that long after they started working on it but it still took over two hours to do an oil change and tire repair. And then on top of that addition the supposedly repaired tire went flat on me the next day. I didn’t feel like dropping off the car again because I don’t trust them anymore. More
