My 2019 Honda CRV had "maintenance due soon" I had less than 1000 miles on the car and Mr. Ward explained the cause for the light and that I needed an oil change. Mr. Ward was very friendly and took time than 1000 miles on the car and Mr. Ward explained the cause for the light and that I needed an oil change. Mr. Ward was very friendly and took time to explain the problem. He also showed me where I could wait and have coffee. He took charge and I got my car serviced. Mr. Ward also took the time to explain how the various controls work. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the CRV. Mr. Ward is an excellent service agent. Ed Wiley More

Took working a/c producing cold air to be checked since twice it had briefly blown only hot air. Was told my entire system was “contaminated” with metal bits...$4500 to repair! Three 3 ago I took a different car here with a/c not working at all; I got the same diagnosis and high estimate. Unfortunately yesterday when I picked up my car to get a second opinion the a/c was no longer working and the system was clogged. No way for a second opinion of the original problem. I bought and serviced 4 Honda’s from Gunn. I had good experiences until about 4 years ago. I will not be returning. More
